Adventure is waiting. Now is your time to grow.
Wild Isle Events creates trail and endurance experiences built around challenge, landscape and human connection. Based on the Isle of Wight, we design events around the forests, coastlines and trails that surround us — adventurous, welcoming, and deeply rooted in this island.
We believe endurance events should be more than start lines and finish times. They should create stories, memories and moments that stay with people long after the event is over. From multi-lap challenges and night trail adventures to long-distance ultras and accessible forest routes, everything we build is shaped around atmosphere, authenticity and meaningful challenge — not around forcing infrastructure into places it doesn't belong.
Mud is mud. Weather is part of the game. The trail always decides. We don't see discomfort and uncertainty as problems to eliminate — they're often the moments people remember most.
Whether you're chasing a podium, attempting your first ultra, running through the night, or volunteering at an aid station under warm lights in the darkness — you're part of the story. From first place to final finisher, everybody matters. And because access to wild places is a privilege, we're committed to respecting the trails and landscapes we run through, so they're here for the next adventure too.
Multi-lap challenges, night trails, long-distance ultras and accessible forest routes — designed around the island's forests, coastlines and downs.
We design every route around the landscape first — forest trails, coastal paths and rolling downs — rather than bending the terrain to fit an easier event. Weather, mud and changing conditions aren't obstacles we hide from; they're part of the experience.
Fire pits, warm lights, encouragement at aid stations, volunteers who genuinely care — our events are built to feel human and memorable, not clinical. We want your finish line to feel emotional, not transactional.
From first-time trail runners finding their confidence outdoors to experienced ultra athletes chasing a podium, every person on course — runner, volunteer, or supporter — is part of the story. Everybody matters, from first place to final finisher.
We treat access to wild places as a privilege, not a right. That means minimising our impact, building real relationships with venues and communities, and leaving every trail in a condition that earns us — and you — an invitation back.
Whether you're chasing a podium, attempting your first ultra, running through the night, or volunteering at an aid station under warm lights in the darkness — you're part of the story. From first place to final finisher, everybody matters.
